These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and phl88 ("phl88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phl88 website located at phl88.net, its mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phl88 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phl88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on phl88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual may hold only one (1) phl88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a phl88 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl88 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phl88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phl88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We may request supporting documents including a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address at any time. The minimum deposit on phl88 is ₱20 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phl88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected. phl88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the phl88 account.

All transactions on phl88 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phl88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

phl88 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crimes.

phl88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your phl88 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• phl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure;

phl88 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure the fairness and randomness of all game outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the phl88 system. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, phl88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager.

phl88 prohibits the use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any player found to be using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl88 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, or bot to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward phl88 staff or other players;
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.

phl88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the phl88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of phl88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phl88 Platform without the prior written consent of phl88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phl88's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phl88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

phl88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the phl88 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phl88 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phl88 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
